I. Order Processing Timelines (Fulfillment Phase)
All standard orders require a mandatory internal processing period before they are officially dispatched to the carrier.
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days. This time is required for order confirmation, product picking, quality checks, secure packaging and delivery.
- Business Days: Monday through Saturday. This excludes Sundays and all recognized U.S. federal holidays.
- Daily Cut-Off: 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time are queued for processing the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Processed starting the following Monday.
⚙️ Specialized Order Processing Requirements
Certain product types necessitate an extended handling time:
- Customization: Orders involving custom prints, personalized designs, or special requests require an additional 1–3 business days for artwork setup and production verification.
- Bulk/Wholesale: Orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, contingent on current inventory levels and production capacity.

Yardhabit partners with established, nationally recognized carriers to ensure the dependable transport of your goods:

💵 Shipping Costs:
A standardized flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD is applied to all domestic orders.
🚫 Non-Serviceable Locations:
Due to logistical constraints and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to fulfill and ship orders to the following destinations:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- All U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military mail addresses

III. Tracking, Holidays, and Accountability
📍 Tracking Information Protocol
- Issuance: Upon formal dispatch of the order, a tracking number will be generated and distributed to the customer’s registered email address (or via SMS if opted in).
- Activation: Customers must allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to fully update and reflect the tracking information after receiving the notification.

- Anticipation of Delays: During major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and defined peak periods, both our processing times and the carrier’s transit times are subject to delays due to significant courier congestion and order volume.
- Recommended Buffer: To ensure arrival by a critical date, it is strongly recommended that orders be placed 2–3 weeks prior to any major holiday or national event.
