Errors: In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly listed item, even if the order has been confirmed.

5. Order Processing & Payments

Payment Authorization: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize Yardhabit to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Production Time: Many of our items are custom-made or handcrafted. Production begins immediately following payment verification.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Fulfillment, Returns & Cancellations

Your purchases are subject to our standard operating procedures:

Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days following a 2–5 day processing period.
Returns: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible, unused items.
Cancellations: We operate on a strict 4-hour window for any order modifications or cancellations. Once an order enters production, it cannot be stopped.

7. Ownership of Content

All content on yardhabit.com—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images—is the exclusive property of Yardhabit (operated by Mark Anglen). This content is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yardhabit and its owner, Mark Anglen, shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the performance of our products.
