1. The 4-Hour "Grace Period"
We offer a strict 4-hour window immediately following your purchase for any changes or cancellations.

Why 4 hours? Our automated system moves orders to the production floor exactly 4 hours after they are placed. Once production begins, materials are utilized and the order is "locked" into our workflow.

Permitted Changes (Within 4 Hours):

Adjustments to size, color, or style selection.

Updates to custom text or uploaded design files.

2. Post-Window Finality
Once the 4-hour window has expired, your order is considered final and in production. At this stage, we are unable to accommodate requests for:

Cancellations or partial refunds.

Modifications to the design, size, or product type.

Redirecting the shipment to a different address.
3. How to Submit an Urgent Request

4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Precision at checkout is vital. Yardhabit is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please verify the following before confirming your order:

Correct house/building numbers and apartment/suite units.

Proper spelling of the recipient's name.
Consequences of Address Errors:

Return-to-Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address," the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the package sent out again.

Incorrect Delivery: If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. We are unable to retrieve packages once the courier has completed delivery.
