1. Order Fulfillment & Processing

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and secure packaging process before it leaves our facility.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Business Hours: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will enter the processing queue on the following business day.

Special Order Handling:

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for our team to finalize your custom designs.

  • Bulk Orders (50+ units): Depending on current production capacity, bulk orders may require 7–10 business days for processing.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Once your order has been processed and quality-checked, it is dispatched via our logistics partners (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Standard Domestic Delivery: 5–12 business days after the processing window.

  • Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holidays), carrier delays are common. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders at least 3 weeks in advance.

3. Transparent Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping costs straightforward to ensure no surprises at checkout:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 USD (Applies to all standard domestic orders).


4. Shipping Limitations & Restrictions

To maintain our delivery speed and service quality, we currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii.

  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.).

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

We require a physical residential or business address for all deliveries to ensure successful handover.


5. Tracking Your Shipment

Transparency is key to a great shopping experience.

  • Notification: You will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS as soon as your package is scanned into the carrier's system.

  • Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
