We provide a standard window to ensure you have ample time to inspect your items.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date the carrier marks your package as delivered to initiate a return.

Postmark Requirement: The return shipment must be postmarked within this 30-day window.

Expirations: Requests made after the 30-day period are generally not eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following strict criteria:

If we make a mistake, we will fix it at no cost to you. Yardhabit covers all shipping and replacement costs for the following:

To file a claim: Please email support@yardhabit.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or error.
4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the custom nature of our production, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

Customer Selection Errors: Incorrect sizes, colors, or custom text selected during the checkout process.

Personal Preference: "Change of mind" or style preferences once production has begun.

Display Variations: Minor color shifts caused by different monitor settings or screen brightness.
5. The Return Process
To ensure your refund is processed without delay, please follow these steps:

Receive Instructions: Our team will provide the designated return address (do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package).

Secure Shipping: Pack the items carefully. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Costs: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Processing Your Refund
